How does prepaying for seats work?
It’s easy! First select how many seats you would like. Then contact us and we will prepare a simple, one-page contract. Once signed and received, we will assign your school a “Prepaid Code”. This code will be unique to your school and you can hand it out to your students. From there, students can sign up anytime, 24/7 using a simple instruction sheet we provide.
Seats never expire and can be used on any course offered on SchoolImpact.org.
What’s An Administrator Account?
School Impact provides a convenient, easy to use Administrator Account to keep you in the know. This allows you to view and track students throughout their course. Everything your student does is in their course is digitally recorded and placed at your fingertips. The Administrator Account will provide you with your students’ certificates of completion, online training activity (Transcript), and incredible discounts off of the regular course fee.
Access to online course activity is 24/7 from any computer, mobile device, or tablet.
With an Admin Account you will receive:

How do courses work?
Each course is broken down into 30-minute chapters which end in a brief quiz. At the end of the course, students take a Final Exam. Each chapter includes pictures, interactive content, and text with full audio; making it easy to pay attention and successfully complete the course. Our courses are engaging, user-friendly, and provide practical advice students can actually use in their everyday life.

How do students sign up?
Step 1: Go to SchoolImpact.org and select a course
Step 2: Create an account
Step 3: Enter school’s prepaid code (if provided)
Step 4: complete course and receive a certificate
What if a student fails the course?
No worries! Students can retake a chapter to improve their grade if they fail. As long as students make an ‘Honest Attempt’ and participate in the course, they will do just fine. If a student happens to fail an 'Honest Attempt' to pass the course, we will give them a second chance for free. Learn more about our Enrollment Policies here.

If students have any questions or need any assistance, we are here! They can give us a call or send us a “Help Request” from their training account. We will help them without frustration or hassle.
