General Questions
- Is the class online?
- Yes, the class is 100% online and can be completed from any mobile device, computer, or tablet.
- How do I sign up my school?
- All you need to do is call us 903-224-8202 or send us an email: info@Schoolimpact.org We will quickly reach out to you and introduce ourselves. We will gladly answer any question you may have. We can also schedule a Zoom meeting.
- How much are the classes per student?
- Class pricing varies by tier:
- Tier 1 courses are $49.97
- Tier 2 courses are $53.97
- Tier 3 courses are $62.97
- Pro-active classes are as low as $2.
- What devices can the classes be completed on?
- Classes can be completed on any mobile device, computer, or tablet.
- How long are the classes?
- Each course requires that students spend a minimum amount of time. Please check the time details for the course to determine how long it is. However, student’s do not need to complete all those hours in one sitting. Once registered, your students can start and stop the course.
- How long does my student have to complete their course?
- One School year for pro-active classes. If your school purchases key for the intervention classes, those never expire until used. The classes are available and are designed to work around school schedules. However, if the student has a deadline, they will need to honor the deadline the school gave them.
- Will the student’s progress be saved?
- Yes, student progress will be saved automatically. They can log in and out as many times as needed.
- Does the student have to pass a final exam?
- Yes, all of our programs have a final exam that are required in order to pass and receive a certificate of completion. Everyone must receive a 70% overall grade. If student’s do not pass the final exam and the course overall with a 70% or higher, they are given another attempt at passing.
- What does the school have to do if the student failed the class?
- Contact us either by email or phone.
- How does the student receive their certificate?
- Students receive their certificates through email or it can be downloaded upon completion. The school can also create an admin account and have complete access to the student’s account.
- Where are attendance verification codes?
- Attendance verification codes are 3- or 4-digit numbers randomly popup within a course chapter. The code will be heard and is visible in the text and it’s also repeated in the audio. The codes are designed to make sure students are paying attention to the information. If they miss the code, they do have an opportunity to revisit the information.
- Is the information students submitting through the portal secure?
- Yes, School Impact is committed to protecting the privacy and online confidentiality of all students. Our site uses special encryption to protect your personal information.

School Administrator/Principal Questions
- What is the difference between Prevention and Intervention courses?
- Proactive Courses are short, 30 to 45-minute classes meant to be taken as part of a school wide prevention campaign to discourage harmful habits before they start.
- Intervention Courses are longer format courses ranging from 4-12 hours in length. These classes are designed for students in DAEP, ISS, or similar programs and aim at guiding them toward making better choices in the future.
- What are the differences in the tiers?
- Each tier reflects the length and depth of the course content. The higher the tier, the more extensive the information and knowledge included in the class.
- Tier 1 courses are 4 hours - they provide a solid foundation on the topic
- Tier 2 courses are 8 hours - these courses offering a more in-depth exploration
- Tier 3 courses are 12 hours - they provide the most comprehensive learning experience, covering the subject in greater detail.
- What is included with a proactive bundle?
- A proactive bundle includes the courses of your choice along with an admin account. We’ll also set up a personalized secure “Hub” or website for your students to access. Your Hub will feature only the courses included in your selected bundle, making it a streamlined and customized experience.
- How much does a proactive bundle cost?
- Pricing varies based on the size of the proactive bundle you select or the number of seats you purchase in bulk for our intervention classes. For more details, please visit the "Pricing" tab. We have pro-active classes as low as $2.
- Can I preview a class?
- Yes! Please Contact Us and we will be happy to send you our demo account information.
- How do I purchase classes/seats?
- Please reach out to us with the number of seats you'd like to purchase, and we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal. For details on prices, please visit our Pricing page. Prepaid seats are for the Intervention Courses.
- Do prepaid seats expire?
- No, prepaid seats for Intervention Courses never expire.
- Can I track my student’s progress?
- Yes, with your admin account you will be able to track students’ progress, see their transcripts, and view their certificates. This is included for both Prepaid Intervention Courses and Proactive Bundles
- How can I add this to my school’s curriculum?
Our classes can be seamlessly integrated into your curriculum. Teachers can present them in class (with our Proactive Bundles), assign them as class work, or can assign individual chapters as homework. For intervention courses, students in alternative school can be assigned the classes as needed.
